Oh and some up to date pictures in sync with up to date news =X, the next picture is a fact of SG in the next 10 upcoming years.(On second thought, make it 5)

Well, fello SG-reans, want to see your flag like this? or a flag you see since you were born at KK or some other lok cok hospital(that time medical service in sg = gg)? SG is turning into a country with FT(Foreign Talents), which i call them 'Fcuking Talkcock', that treats OUR place as a medium to their home country(eg: as our education here is tok kong). There are many issues over the 'LJ.W'(I know is L.JW) at the olympics representing SG in BJ, which she is also quite known for her legendary nickname, 'Lan Jiao Wei', equipped with 'superb' TT skills that has an 'outstanding' record of 11-3 score on an average(Please note that LJ.W scored 3)! I shall post some of her pattern she chu in BJ(her homeborntown).
**Somehow they like a letter 'J' behind, hmmm ~

*PS: The content below mentioned is not by me, but some other Pro-SG that post online.
Li Jia Wei national disgrace during Beijing Olympic opening ceremony?
This year our flag bearer is none other than table tennis player Li Jia Wei. This PRC fellow has earned us several medals and recognition at regional games and secured 4th place at the 2004 Athens Olympics. Well done to her.
BUT...
WHY IS SHE OUR FLAG BEARER? WHY IS SHE LEADING TEAM SINGAPORE CONTINGENT?
Just because she has earned the most number of medals amongst them? Or is it because our beloved government thinks she is capable to bring home a trophy in 2008 Olympics?
Why allow an ex-PRC (Beijing-er)-turned-Singaporean lead our team in Beijing?
Why can't they get a born-and-bred Singaporean be our flag bearer? Even he/she may not have earned medals at least we can announce proudly he/she is a native and not a Singapore-purchased plush animal.
That daring PRC allegedly volunteered and our beloved government unanimously agreed.
WHAT THE HECK?
Fine. Let's assume our government favors FTs over locals and wanna show the world our country is open to FTs and what great benefits they have in store (representing SG as a flag bearer in your once-countrymen-now-opponent's territory).
Now look carefully.

Not just once. She literally swept the tracks throughout.(With the flag)
Of those who sympathize her said, "she's a girl, she's petite, she has no strength cos flag too heavy". Wow! I'm amazed. So many lame excuses.
What about this?
Now get your facts right first.
She's a girl - yes, I know, but there are many other girl representatives out there who brought glory to their country by waving high with pride.
She's petite - 1.72m for an Asian girl ISN'T petite
She has no strength - ok, so you're telling me that sportsmen/women have not enough strength to carry? firstly, at the end of halyard there's this red thing being tied around her waist that supports the weight of the flag. secondly, if she knows that it is heavy and hard to balance, she can jolly well use both hands to support and focus on 100% on balancing the flag in an upright position instead of waving frantically at ex-fellowmen hence allowing it to be slanted and touching the ground.
For those who blame on accidental mistake, here's why not. How many times do people get to represent their country during international event and chosen to be the flag bearer in their life? This paid-'Singaporean'-FT ought to be proud and happy or at least ACT proud and happy because Singapore PAID her to do the job. Moreover, she is an athlete so she MUST have strength and even determination to withstand the weight of our nation's flag. Secondly, what category is she competing in? Ping Pong??? Shouldn't these table tennis players have strong and flexible arms and wrist? Or is her wrist too flexible that the flag swung to the ground?
Yes. Germany's flag did hit the ground. But do you see the stark contrast?
He is a born-and-bred true blue native German. AND he is smiling, his exuberant smiles are full of national pride and glory, and he is waving happily.
What about this?

OMG. She looked as if she was leading a ministerial funeral contingent.
Anyway, with such genuine expression, she can easily get into certain minister good books of shortlisted candidates who will lead his/her funeral.
This is what I call role model:

You see! Her build is probably similar if not smaller than Li Jia Wei. Yet she carries it with pride, holds flag totally upright using both hands and focused, and walking ahead with full confidence. And yes, obviously a native Japanese.
**NEXT IS HARDCORE
Check out one of her interviews on CCTV. (see 26:30)
Interview link: http://tieba.baidu.com/f?kz=426895254
This was what she said in regards to 2008 Beijing Olympic Games - "希望在08,希望我又是一个北京人,又是一个中国人,我想能在自己的本土在自己的地盘上能够取得一个奖牌"
Witness how our purchased-product betrayed all of us on China National TV. Clearly to her she is still a PRC at heart. Does her million-dollar contract not include an important clause that states she should go around claiming she is 新加坡人 instead of 中国人 as she is holding a Pink IC?
Surely by now all of us sane people would know Li Jia Wei is a HYPOCRITE BETRAYER!!! and a further disappointment to taxpayers' money! Of course government won't feel a pinch since they're earning peanuts and paying tax is like throwing peanut shells. Only peasants like us would understand. Well that's life on this sunny island.
Although I dislike (not hate) Li Jia Wei and all other sports FTs, I hope Team Singapore will return with at least one medal this time...after 48 years.

With regards to this topic, I've recently been given a GP times essay a few weeks back, and 1 of the topic was: Should SG import FT for sports(something like that)?
Well, it's the obvious. Okays, I shall stop here( 0_0 , my longest post ever =D) haha. peace, and god bless Singapore.
